Hello there, sorry to hear about your troubles, well im not really, but anyway, I have a small out house at the back of my cattle shed, just out the back of the slatted tank, it has a lovely tin roof with only a couple of nail holes in it, and the interior is decorated to the last, it has a lovely plank with a hole in it with not that many splinters in it, (i only got jagged twice I think in all the years i used it), oh and I installed a short door that doesnt go all the way to the bottom so the hens can get in an feed themselves, I find this gives the "organic Eggs" a nice nutty flavour, It also has a handrail for those tough to move situations when u need something to gripp on, well I think this would be just perfect for you so If u are interested send references to Joe soap 12 bubble hill just as u go intay Ireland on the left hand side straight through the crossroads up past the porocial house theres a wee man sellin oranges in behind his house, his names paddy mc splash by the way, look foreward to hearing from you, all the best now
